These Terms of Service explain the rules for using norfbay.com and software applications operated by Norf Bay LLC. By using the site or a Norf Bay LLC-operated product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms that apply.
Who operates the application
Norf Bay LLC is a California limited liability company owned and operated by Robert Hernandez. Norf Bay LLC builds and operates software products for business workflows, visibility, AI intake, dashboards, communities, games, and automation.
Application purpose
The purpose of the Norf Bay LLC application is to let customers and operators access Norf Bay LLC software products, manage business workflows, and connect approved Google services only when a user chooses a feature that requires Google access.
Accounts and connected services
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. If a product lets you connect Google or another third-party service, you authorize Norf Bay LLC to use that connection only to provide the selected product feature. You can review our data practices in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or products, interfere with service operation, attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use Norf Bay LLC software to violate the rights of another person or business.
Product-specific terms
Some Norf Bay LLC-operated products have their own terms. Those product terms apply when you use that product. If a product-specific terms page is not listed here, these Norf Bay LLC terms apply unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Custom client work
Custom consulting, automation, dashboards, private operations systems, and client work may be governed by a separate statement of work, agreement, invoice terms, or written project terms. If there is a conflict, the written client agreement controls for that work.
Service availability
Norf Bay LLC aims to keep its software reliable, but services may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. Products are provided as available unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
