Service Suite

Four products, built inside a working shop.

Four products for home service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, appliance repair, pest control. A bilingual agent that answers the calls, a rank tracker that ties Google positions to booked revenue, an operations platform that reconciles ServiceTitan against the office’s Airtable, and a pricing engine that is growing into a CRM.

What's in the suite

These four were built inside a working HVAC shop, against its live data, because four specific things kept breaking there. Sollingual answers the calls, in English and Spanish. SerpCalls tracks the Google positions and ties them back to booked revenue. Ops Hub holds the keys and reconciles ServiceTitan against the Airtable the office runs on. YieldOS prices the work, and is growing into the system of record. Three of them talk to each other today: Ops Hub pulls Sollingual’s after-hours calls, YieldOS tags the leads Sollingual’s campaigns produced, and SerpCalls reads booked revenue back out of the CRM. The rest are separate products that share a buyer, not a data fabric. We will say so rather than draw you a diagram that is not real yet.

03Field proof

Built in a working shop

Not a pilot, and not a case study written after the fact. These four products run every day inside one HVAC and plumbing company, against its live data, because four specific things kept breaking there.

  • The pricing engine runs that shop’s real formula — cost-banded markup, a flat labor rate, a material surcharge, a margin floor — mirrored out of its live repricing engine rather than invented for a demo.
  • The import engine was proven against the real pricebook: 2,387 items and 35,847 vendor-cost rows, parsed in about nine seconds. Not a fixture.
  • Ops Hub reconciles twenty-four months and 16,488 jobs of that shop’s ServiceTitan history against the Airtable base the office actually works out of, across roughly fifteen ServiceTitan API domains.
  • The shop’s name, its distributors, and its numbers stay private. The method is what is on offer; the figures are not ours to publish.
