Single sign-on across every NorfBay product

A self-hosted identity provider, wrapped in a drop-in "Sign in with NorfBay" package. One login, one directory, and one place to revoke access.

  • The identity provider runs on our own infrastructure, not on a rented identity platform.
  • The @norfbay/auth package wraps a standard OAuth flow so any product drops in "Sign in with NorfBay" without reimplementing sessions.
  • Transactional identity email and SMS route through the NorfBay mail stack rather than a third-party sender.

Cloudflare-native email infrastructure

Cloudflare-native email infrastructure pooling inbound, outbound, and archive for six domains — threading conversations in D1 while keeping raw MIME in R2 at no per-email cost.

  • Email Routing catch-all handlers parse inbound MIME, archive raw messages to R2, and thread metadata in D1 across six domains.
  • Outbound sends via Cloudflare’s email binding, queues sends to unverified recipients, and exposes a sendAs RPC for correct threading.
  • Serves its own MTA-STS policy, fires Web Push on new inbound, and backfills users from upstream Postgres with a kill switch.
