Google user data

Some Norf Bay LLC-operated products may offer Google account sign-in, account connection, user-selected content sync, operational notifications, or workflow automation. When a product asks for Google account access, we use Google user data only to provide the requested product feature shown in that product and its consent screen.

How does this application access, use, store, or share Google user data? Norf Bay accesses Google user data only after the user chooses to sign in with Google or connect a Google-backed feature. For this OAuth app, the expected Google user data is basic profile information such as name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used only to identify the signed-in user, show account-specific content, protect account-specific areas, and communicate with that user about their request or account.

We request the minimum access needed, do not sell Google user data, and do not use it for unrelated advertising. We share Google user data only with service providers needed to operate the requested feature, to protect the service from abuse, or when required by law.

Norf Bay LLC's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

SMS and text messaging

If you opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your mobile number, Norf Bay LLC may send you text messages related to your inquiry and to our products and services, including the Sollingual AI receptionist.
