Certifications
NorfBay is a small business, 100% owned and operated by a Mexican-American founder. That is the ownership fact that makes it eligible for minority-owned business enterprise (MBE), small disadvantaged business (SDB), and 8(a) consideration.
It does not currently hold any of those certifications, and this page will not imply that it does. If your procurement process requires one, tell us which and we will begin the application — the facts that qualify are already true, and only the paperwork is outstanding.

- Self-hosted identity and single sign-on; infrastructure operated rather than resold.

Past performance
Delivered work
18 products and experiments, 4 of them serving from their own domain. Client figures stay private. The engagements below can be discussed in detail on a call.
Local plumbing & HVAC operator
A full systems engagement with one field-service company: website rebuild, pricebook control, a ServiceTitan-to-Airtable reconciliation layer running daily against 24 months and 16,488 jobs, job-costing visibility, and revenue analysis. Ops Hub and YieldOS both came out of this engagement. The client, its distributors, and its figures stay private; the method is reusable.
Pricebook migration at scale
A 2,387-item pricebook and 35,847 vendor-cost rows imported, de-duplicated, and reconciled against per-vendor material cost — parsed in roughly nine seconds — then repriced on the operator’s own flat-rate formula rather than a generic markup.
CNC job shops
CyrusOS and Foreman were built against real shop floors: CAD-attached RFQs, AI drawing analysis, constraint-solved Gantt scheduling, and live schedule, material, and capacity risk scoring streamed to the floor.
