Operations platform for a service business
Ops Hub
Your team, in front of your own data
The operations platform one HVAC shop actually runs on. Each person gets a view of the business built for their job — dispatch, estimates, job costing, marketing ROI, callbacks, inventory — assembled from ServiceTitan, Airtable, and the phones, and gated so a role sees what a role should. It holds the company’s keys, and keeps ServiceTitan and the office’s Airtable reconciled underneath so the screens are looking at the same numbers.
What you get
- Each role sees the business the way its job needs to
- One vault, one login, and one audited door for anything that writes
- ServiceTitan and Airtable stop disagreeing about the same job
How it works
- Twelve operator screens, each built for a job rather than a generic dashboard: Cockpit, Estimates, Leads, Dispatch, ROI, Inventory Control, Job Costing, Airtable Ops, Growth Center, Callbacks, Reports, Admin. Sollingual’s after-hours calls arrive every sixty seconds and land in the Growth Center queue.
- One vault holds the credentials for every service the shop touches, and login is gated on the live ServiceTitan employee roster: deactivate someone in ServiceTitan and they are locked out on the next sync. Every write back into ServiceTitan goes through one admin-only, test-prefixed, audited function with a kill switch — which is currently closed.
- Underneath the screens it reads roughly fifteen ServiceTitan API domains — jobs, estimates, invoices, calls, customers, dispatch, inventory, pricebook, marketing, payroll — and keeps them reconciled against the Airtable install base the office works out of, on a short interval, so the two systems stop disagreeing about the same job. ServiceTitan stays the source of truth.

Built, and deliberately switched off
Ops Hub can write. It mostly does not, because a bad write into a company’s system of record is worse than no write at all. Three capabilities are finished and turned off at the config, and they stay off until each one has been proven against real data.
- Writes back into ServiceTitan. One admin-only function, test-prefixed and audited, behind a kill switch that is closed.
- Outbound SMS. The rail is built — Sollingual owns the number, the 10DLC registration, and the STOP suppression — and it is off.
- Writes into the live Airtable base. Reconciliation currently writes to a sandbox copy, and gets promoted when it has earned it.
It runs on the shop’s own network, for people on the shop’s own ServiceTitan roster. It is not a hosted product you can sign up for.
